Sevice contract covering all labor, parts & preventive maintenance necessary to keep equipment in good working order (excludes toner & other consumables such as CRC’s & maintenance kits). Semi-annual PM/cleanings automatically scheduled where all major mechanical components are checked, cleaned, and lubricated and worn parts replaced proactively to prevent any device down time. 4 hours/same business day standard response time. Available as one year or 3 year contracts.
