Copier/MFP MC: Labor, Parts, & Maintenance Kits Service contract covering all labor, parts, maintenance kits, imaging drums & preventative maintenance necessary to keep equipment in good working order(excludes supply items). Semi-annual PM/cleanings automatically scheduled where all major mechanical components are checked, cleaned, and lubricated and worn parts replaced proactively to prevent any device down time. 4 hours/same business day standard response time. Pricing is based upon number of copies/prints calculated in annual base charge, annual invoice, with overages invoiced monthly. Monthly meter reads can be done automatically via email broadcast directly from the device. Available as one year or 3 year contracts.
