Our print management software will notify us of “toner low” alerts and other predefined “service alerts” via an automatic email notification. Clients may also process the toner or service request via our website or telephone...just provide the equipment ID, your name, and extension.
We will process the request, deliver, and install toner directly to the printer with a same-day onsite response. We provide OEM quality toner at a substantial savings.
All break/fix events are dispatched as prioritized according to the service error. We guarantee a 4-hour onsite response time for “mission critical” troubleshooting or repair requests. Our technicians inventory high-usage mechanical parts on the service vehicles so that we resolve most service issues are resolved on the initial visit. Minimize predictable printer-related problems through prescheduled semi-annual preventative maintenance cleanings of all network workgroup printers.
Labor for break/fix events is priced depending upon monthly cartridge purchase volume. There are no trip charges, parking fees, or other travel charges within Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex, and Norfolk Counties in Massachusetts.
Separate invoices for both toner & service are submitted monthly. Incuded are reports of consumable usage by individual device, subtotaled by department and/or cost center provides accountability. Clients experience a reduction of administrative, storage, and recording keeping costs.
