Occupying less than 1 MB of disk space and with no SQL server required, our Data Collection Agent (DCA) imposes no additional demand or pull upon your network.

Our metric for analysis is a unit cost-per-impression (CPI).

Our business process is simple:
  1. We gather MIB data from the networked printers and confirm locations and data from local printers. 
  2. We analyze the data for a 30-day period.
  3. We present an Executive Summary of our findings.
  4. We present a proposal that reduces total print costs and increases workflow efficiencies.
